Included is 3  NY steaks approxiamately 2 lb,
2 Sirloin Steaks approxiamately 2 lbs,
1 Chuck roast 2 to 2.5 lbs,
2 stew packages 2 lbs,
3 lbs of hamburger. 
If we need to substitute it will be with like cuts of meat.
