Included is 3 or 4 NY steaks (approxiamately 2 lb), 1 to 2 lbs of Sirloin Steaks,  2 to 3 lbs of Chuck roast, 1 to 2 lbs short ribs, 4 to 6 lbs of hamburger.  If we need to substitute it will be with like cuts of meat.
